We are representing a fast-scaling Fintech firm specialising in high-value escrow and cross-border payment solutions for international businesses and HNW clients. Backed by a strong regulatory foundation and global infrastructure, they serve as a trusted financial intermediary for transactions in luxury markets including private aviation, marine, real estate, and alternative assets.
With offices across the UK, Dubai, and internationally, the business is entering a period of aggressive growth and is seeking to hire a senior commercial professional to own and expand their relationships within the luxury asset vertical.
Role Summary
This is a strategic 360 sales role focused on building relationships with organisations involved in the sale, brokerage, or manufacturing of high-value goods including private jets, yachts, helicopters, and supercars. You will identify, pitch, and close escrow-based payment solutions with buyers, sellers, brokers, and asset managers who require a secure, regulated financial layer for complex transactions.
Your role will involve high-touch consultative selling, nurturing referral partners, and owning the full sales lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with compliance, onboarding, and operations teams to ensure smooth client experience and long-term retention.
