Marina Manager

Harbor Lights, part of the Oasis Experiences family, is seeking a skilled and service-driven Marina Manager to oversee our busy and beautiful marina in Warwick, RI. This is more than a management job—it’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll ensure smooth operations, an outstanding guest experience, and the safe and efficient movement of vessels in and out of the water.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day marina operations, leading a guest-focused and safety-minded team

• Oversee and operate heavy marina equipment including:

  • Travel lift for haul-outs and launches

  • Forklifts for dry stack and vessel transport

  • Boat trailers for on-site moves and storage logistics

• Coordinate seasonal slip assignments, lease renewals, and transient dockage

• Ensure all boat movements are performed with care, precision, and according to safety standards

• Conduct and oversee regular equipment checks and maintenance

• Deliver exceptional service to guests and slip holders, resolving concerns with professionalism

• Promote the marina using social media, CRM tools, and local networking

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive dock, fuel, and boatyard facilities

• Lead and develop dockhands and guest service team members

• Support on-site events and special functions to boost engagement and occupancy

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of marina or waterfront operations experience required

• Hands-on experience operating a travel lift, forklift, and boat trailers is essential

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Working knowledge of boating, docking procedures, and marina safety practices

• Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills

• Comfortable with marina management systems and office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

• Ability to work weekends and holidays during peak season
