Draftsman

We are seeking a Marine Draftsman with at least 3 years of experience in basic yacht design, primarily focused on hull structure and/or outfitting.

The role will involve:

• Designing naval structures
• Drafting and sizing basic structural elements
• Modeling and verifying the design

• Knowledge of 2D naval design standards/conventions, welding, etc.
• Experience in naval architecture
• Proficiency in structural sizing for class/flag standards
• Ability to independently produce classic structural documents for approval, such as the midship section, reinforcement plans, weight estimates, and complex structural drawings
• Proficiency in 3D modeling
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently
• Strong teamworking skills
• Excellent organizational skills

This position applies the National Collective Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Services, with a provision for 14 monthly payments.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
