Captain Position – 40m Private/Charter Yacht

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Captain to take command of a 40-meter private yacht, with plans to transition into charter operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both private and charter yachting and hold the appropriate certifications for a foreign-flagged vessel.

Details:

• Current Location: Croatia
  

• Cruising Area: Mediterranean (summer season)
  

• Guests: Private owner and family (not a party vessel)
  

• Schedule: Owner and guests onboard intermittently during the summer; quieter schedule for the rest of the year
  

• Home Port: Flexible – the owner is open to basing the yacht where the Captain prefers during off-season
  

We are looking for someone available to join the vessel as soon as possible. A temporary Captain is currently onboard and will assist with the handover. The owner is expected to arrive on July 18th.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Relevant licensing and certifications for a 40m foreign-flagged vessel
  

• Charter experience preferred
  

• All documentation must be current and available
  

• Strong references (contactable by phone)
  

Benefits
