-
Acting as a technical mentor and supporting junior team members where required
-
Collaborating with internal teams across engineering, sales, and service to deliver customer success
-
Maintaining parts/equipment stock and ensuring H&S compliance at all times
✅ What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone technically confident and professionally reliable, ideally with:
-
Strong electrical engineering knowledge – installation, diagnostics & maintenance
-
Experience working on marine electrical systems or industrial switchboards
-
Comfort with travel – this role involves regular UK-wide travel, with potential overseas deployments (incl. at-sea operations under CONDO)
-
A hands-on approach, physical fitness, and the ability to thrive in demanding environments
🎓 Required Skills & Experience:

Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation & Maintenance, or equivalent (HNC/HND/NVQ Level 3 or higher preferred)
-
Solid understanding of health & safety best practices
-
Proficiency with MS Office and technical report writing
-
Full UK Driving Licence and valid passport
-
Willingness to undergo MOD Security Clearance and CONDO training
🌍 What’s In It for You:
-
Join a globally respected engineering brand
-
Work on mission-critical technology powering naval, marine, and land-based systems
-
Gain international exposure through global deployments and product training (incl. in Germany)
-
Hybrid working from the Heybridge base, with flexible field-based assignments
-
Career progression, technical development, and structured training support
