Composite Engineer

Description

• Performing analyses in accordance with technical documentation
• Developing and implementing solutions to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs
• Designing technical solutions and preparing classification and working technical drawings and documentation
• Reporting project progress to the project manager
• Timely delivery of technical solutions
• Verifying documentation and ensuring its delivery, along with the completion of assigned tasks, in line with the established schedule
• Creating 3D models of structures and composite elements such as hulls, decks, bulkheads, stiffeners, and deck equipment

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the composite manufacturing industry
• Understanding of yacht/ship construction
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other parametric CAD software at an intermediate level (e.g., Inventor, SolidEdge, NX, Catia, Creo)
• English language skills sufficient to read and understand technical documentation
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Poland, at our office located in Gdańsk
